Biggest adventure this weekend was the 'Opoe Koning memorial', a family day for my mother in law Mineke, her sisters Anne and Gerda, their children and even grand children.
Nestor of the day, of course, was Willem Corneliszoon Nolta (see picture). Weather again did not let us down. The big 'Opoe Koning quiz' was won by Mariet, making her stunning debut in family complete.
Our fridge is almost empty again. We think we can say Opoe Konings virtual 115th birthday was a success.
